He added, "There have been no applications for fare increases for railroads and roads, and no prior consultation procedures related to increases have taken place. Local public utility charges such as gas (retail) are autonomous decisions of local governments, but we plan to actively consult and manage with local governments under the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, with the principle of freezing them in the 4th quarter as much as possible."
