Statistics Korea and Fair Trade Commission Join Hands to Utilize Franchise Sector Statistics
[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyunjung] On the 13th, Statistics Korea and the Korea Fair Trade Commission signed a "Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the Utilization and Cooperation of Franchise Sector Statistics" at the Korea Fair Trade Commission's main conference room.
This MOU was established as both institutions recognized the importance of franchise business and the significance of accurate statistics and data in the digital economy flooded with information, aiming to build a cooperative system in the field of franchise statistics.
Through this MOU, the Fair Trade Commission and Statistics Korea agreed to expand cooperation in various ways, including ▲ sharing data in the franchise sector ▲ sharing statistical techniques and utilization know-how ▲ establishing a practical consultative body ▲ conducting joint surveys when necessary.
