Yoo Seung-min "Why support Yoon publicly?"... Jin Joong-kwon "Don't say such nonsense..."
On the 9th, Yoo Seung-min, a candidate in the People Power Party's presidential primary, and Jin Joong-kwon, former professor at Dongyang University participating as an interviewer, are seen together on one screen at the 'People's Signal Interview' held at Jeul Studio in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Soyoung] Jin Joong-kwon, former professor at Dongyang University and an interviewer for the People Power Party's presidential primary candidate 'National Signal Interview,' expressed dissatisfaction toward former lawmaker Yoo Seung-min, who questioned his fairness.
On the 10th, Jin posted on his Facebook, saying, "When I accepted the offer to be a national interviewer, I set two conditions. One was that I would be very harsh, so don't complain. Second, I would be harsh regardless of sides, so later don't say things like I took someone's side."
He added, "I said if these two conditions were not accepted, I wouldn't do it. But it seems this message was not conveyed to the candidates. I have something to say about Yoo Seung-min, and I will do so at an appropriate time," he warned.
The People Power Party held a 'National Signal Public Interview' on the 9th at a studio in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, targeting six presidential primary candidates. On that day, Jin focused his questions on former lawmaker Yoo's pledge to abolish the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
When Jin asked, "Before advocating for the abolition of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, have you talked with women in their 20s and 30s? Isn't this just riding the anti-feminism wave to drive votes?" Yoo responded, "I have lived consistently as a gender equality advocate all my life. Creating a presidential gender equality committee was a pledge I made four years ago," he rebutted.
Then, when Jin pointed out again, "Isn't it problematic that you, lawmaker Ha Tae-kyung, and leader Lee Jun-seok suddenly drive anti-feminism?" Yoo said, "When I debated with Professor Jin four years ago, I expressed the same opinion, but back then no one said anything, so I don't know why now."
After the interview, Yoo told reporters, "Professor Jin publicly supported former Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-youl, so I don't know how the party's election commission invited such a person as an interviewer." He added, "Half of the time was spent talking about abolishing the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family."
