Now in its 12th year, the ‘Korea Service Quality Index’ is an index that represents the service quality of domestic industries as perceived by consumers.
Mercedes-Benz Korea emphasized that it was selected in the ‘Imported Car Dealership’ category this year, achieving the honor of winning this category for seven consecutive years and being recognized as an excellent institution a total of eight times. In particular, it received the highest scores in four of the 11 areas across service provision stages: proactiveness, work knowledge, facility environment management, and friendliness.
Through this, it ranked first with the highest score among imported car brands. Mercedes-Benz operates 59 showrooms and 73 service centers nationwide and continues to make efforts to provide more convenient and differentiated services to customers, such as the ‘Customer Safety Program’ and ‘Accident Repair Support Service’ tailored to the COVID-19 situation.
Additionally, it was selected in the newly added ‘Imported Certified Used Cars’ category in this year’s ‘Korea Service Quality Index.’ In this category, it received the highest scores in customer consideration, explanatory ability, and friendliness, gaining recognition for its expertise in the premium certified used car sector, which is gradually expanding its business scale in the domestic market.
Mercedes-Benz Korea sells vehicles that have passed 198 strict quality standards through professional dealers at 23 official certified used car showrooms nationwide. Since entering the certified used car market in 2011, it has maintained an average annual growth rate of over 37% for 10 years based on excellent service quality.
