[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] On the 16th, the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund announced that it held a video conference with venture evaluation officers in preparation for the full-scale launch of specialized venture verification evaluations.
According to the Credit Guarantee Fund, on that day, Director Yoon Dae-hee held a video conference with branch managers of 10 startup branches nationwide and related vice presidents to check the preparation status of the specialized venture verification evaluation tasks and to listen to on-site opinions. He urged that the evaluations be conducted fairly and professionally.
Since last month, the Credit Guarantee Fund has been designated as a specialized venture verification evaluation agency for research and development types under the privately-led venture verification system reform. Evaluation committee members belonging to startup branches nationwide plan to conduct business growth evaluations through document reviews and on-site inspections to discover venture companies equipped with innovative capabilities.
