Huawei Korea Appoints Son Lu-won as New CEO

[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] Son Luwon, former Vice President of Network Business at Huawei Philippines, has been appointed as the new CEO of Huawei Korea.
New CEO Son Luwon is an expert with over 15 years of extensive experience in the global telecommunications industry. He joined Huawei in 2006 and served as Vice President of Network Business at Huawei Indonesia from 2007 to 2015, and at Huawei Philippines from 2016. He led the business through strategic partnerships and received high praise from local telecom operators in the Philippines. CEO Son completed his master's degree in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering at Monash University in Australia.
