SK C&C Announces Organizational Restructuring Including Six New Executives
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] SK Inc. C&C announced on the 3rd that it has carried out an organizational restructuring and executive appointments.
The company stated, "Through the organizational restructuring, we plan to consolidate platform business functions and integrate development and operation organizations by major industries with a customer-centric approach to accelerate innovation of customer business models and value realization based on digital technology."
First, the focus will be on developing and expanding digital platforms centered around the 'Digital Platform Headquarters.' The business will be promoted from platform business discovery to development and marketing.
Additionally, the three business divisions of manufacturing, ICT, and finance will be reorganized with a customer-centric approach. The plan is to accelerate entry into the global market based on digital assets such as digital platforms, solutions, and services.

In the executive appointments, six new executives were appointed: Park Jun, Head of Platform Development Group; Lee Seokjin, Head of Platform GTM Group; Kim Jinhee, Head of High-Tech Digital 1 Group; Lee Geumju, Head of CV Digital Group; Yeo Sanghoon, Digital Process Innovation Officer; and Seo Hwaseong, Happiness Promotion Officer.
