Complete Ban on Aircraft Takeoff and Landing During CSAT Listening Test on the 3rd
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo In-ho] The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 1st that all aircraft operations will be completely suspended nationwide for 35 minutes from 1:05 PM to 1:40 PM on the 3rd, when the English listening test of the 2021 College Scholastic Ability Test will be conducted.
The Ministry plans to ban all aircraft takeoffs and landings at all domestic airports during the English listening test period, except for emergency and urgent aircraft. Aircraft in flight must remain under air traffic control and wait at an altitude of at least 3 km above the ground.
As a result of this measure, the schedules of 10 international flights and 79 domestic flights planned to operate during that time will be adjusted. The respective airlines will notify passengers with reservations in advance about the changes to their flight schedules.
