Cadillac Opens New 'Seocho Service Center'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Cadillac announced on the 9th that it has newly opened the 'Seocho Service Center' to enhance accessibility for customers in the Gangnam area of Seoul and nearby Gyeonggi Province.
The Seocho Service Center is operated by A&J Motors, an official Cadillac dealer. Following the Cadillac Nonhyeon Showroom and Seongsu Service Center, A&J Motors will be responsible for operating the Seocho Service Center, realizing Cadillac's dignified service value with systematic management from vehicle purchase to A/S.
The Seocho Service Center is adjacent to the Gangnam Circular Urban Expressway, Sadang IC, and Gwacheon-daero, connecting the Gangnam area and Gyeonggi Province. It is located near Sadang Station, a transportation hub in the Gangnam area, maximizing customer accessibility.
With a total floor area of 1,728㎡ across two basement levels and four above-ground floors, the Seocho Service Center is equipped with seven general repair lifts and two painting booths, capable of performing A/S for approximately 840 general repairs and 120 accident repairs per month. Additionally, three customer consultation booths and a spacious customer waiting room occupying the entire second floor will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction at the Seocho Service Center.
