The course Heo will teach in the second semester of this year at the Graduate School of IT Policy is "Special Topics in Smart Media." Seoul National University of Science and Technology stated, "We expect that by sharing his diverse policy experience with students, he will contribute to enhancing the expertise and practical achievements of the Graduate School of IT Policy."
