In an interview with CBS Radio's 'Sisa Jaki Jung Kwan-yong,' Park said, "It is difficult to understand why the court does not revoke the bail ex officio."
He added, "The court imposed strict conditions when granting bail, including a ban on assemblies and restricting residence to a specific location. However, as you know, he participated in several assemblies afterward and even led large-scale rallies."
He continued, "Courts generally do not thoroughly monitor whether bail conditions are being followed as a matter of practice. The court can conduct fact-finding investigations through government offices to check compliance with bail conditions. Even if Pastor Jeon does not comply with government offices, the media reports everything, so I find the court's negligence in revoking the bail regrettable."
