"Learn Golf on Naver"... Non-Face-to-Face Training with Expert Class
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Naver announced on the 28th that it has launched 'Expert Class,' a new feature added to the 'Knowledge iN Expert' service that includes a learning function.
Knowledge iN Expert is a service that provides consultations from experts in various fields such as law, taxation, and labor. Users can access the Naver mobile application, select an expert, pay a fee, and receive consultations via chat or phone for a set period of time.
The newly launched 'Expert Class' allows experts to create curricula and regularly share knowledge and experience with users over a certain number of sessions.
Naver explained that from the experts' perspective, it is difficult to meet clients regularly due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and this service offers the advantage of building a non-face-to-face (untact) educational environment and business model to share knowledge online.
From the users' perspective, it allows learning the talents and know-how of experts beyond one-time consultations.
In particular, experts running small-scale offline businesses often face difficulties in digital transformation. The company explained that Expert Class eliminates the hassle and cost burden of building a separate system.
'Expert Class' supports one-on-one lessons. It started with services in five fields including golf, fitness, cooking, fashion, and coding, and has now expanded to about 31 fields.
