Pohang City Recruits 114 Participants for Recycling Quality Improvement Support Project
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Dong-wook] Pohang City, Gyeongbuk announced on the 12th that it is recruiting participants for the Ministry of Environment's '2020 Recycling Quality Improvement Support Project.'
The number of recruits in the Pohang area is a total of 114 people, including 110 people, among them 5 disabled persons, for the support project for the management of separate collection of recyclable waste in apartment complexes, and 4 people for the support project for resource management assistants at recycling sorting centers. Those who wish to participate can apply by email or fax to the Korea Environment Corporation Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regional Headquarters by the 14th.
The selected participants will be responsible for quality management for the proper disposal of recyclable waste in apartment complexes or quality improvement tasks for recyclable materials at private recycling sorting centers for about four months until December 14.

Shin Jeong-hyeok, head of the Resource Circulation Division of Pohang City, said, "We expect this recycling quality improvement support project to greatly help improve the quality of recyclable materials," and urged citizens to actively participate.
