The program received strong interest from job seekers, with an application-to-acceptance ratio as high as 17 to 1.
As some graduates secured jobs at partner companies even before the end of the first program, Hyundai Mobis plans to further strengthen recruitment connectivity and continue its mutual growth initiatives. The company believes that, as it takes the lead in securing competitiveness in new business sectors, it is crucial to rapidly enhance the capabilities of partner companies to build a virtuous ecosystem.
Hyundai Mobis established this talent development platform to foster a software ecosystem among domestic parts suppliers. It is known that Hyundai Mobis invested considerable effort into developing the curriculum and providing necessary equipment, as well as inviting experts, by actively gathering feedback from partner companies from the planning stage onward.
Post-program evaluations demonstrated substantial improvements in trainees' software capabilities. Participants completed a variety of specialized courses on global automotive software, including AUTOSAR and Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), and received job consulting support, which led to high satisfaction among both job seekers and partner companies.
