Jangsoo Park served as a member of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th Yangpyeong County Council, and was vice chair during the first half of the 4th council. He is recognized for his deep understanding of Yangpyeong's administrative structure and local characteristics, having addressed regional issues and budget matters over many years of legislative activity.
Co-chair Eunhye Seo is an artist with developmental disabilities who became known through the "Your Face" project, where she paints portraits of citizens, as well as her activities in broadcasting. She is highly regarded for her work, which captures the values of empathy and respect between people, transcending barriers between those with and without disabilities.
Candidate Jinseon Jeon stated, "The future of Yangpyeong can only be properly prepared when experience, stability, and the ability to empathize with each other come together," adding, "The expertise of former council member Jangsoo Park, who knows county administration well, and the sensitivity of artist Eunhye Seo, who views people with great care, will be a great asset to the campaign committee."
He further emphasized, "This signifies a commitment to listen to a wider range of voices among county residents, transcending political backgrounds, generations, and whether or not someone has a disability, to create an election of unity."
Co-chair Jangsoo Park commented, "Yangpyeong needs to be led by someone who truly understands county administration," and continued, "Based on my experiences and records from the past four years, I believe Jinseon Jeon is the right person to lead Yangpyeong with stability. I will do my part during the campaign to ensure that the promises made to the residents are fulfilled to the very end."

As both an artist and a resident, I will honestly share my perspectives."
The campaign committee explained that both co-chairs will actively contribute by advising on local issues and the direction of county administration, proposing practical policies covering middle-aged, rural, and vulnerable populations, and participating in communication events with people with disabilities, their families, and younger generations.
