He pointed out, "Changwon is currently facing a significant crisis. Despite being called a 'special city of one million,' young people are leaving in search of jobs, neighborhood businesses have collapsed, industries have lost their vitality, and the quality of life that citizens experience is becoming increasingly difficult."
He continued, "I am not a candidate backed by the power of a particular faction or organization, but I am here to respond to the urgent voices of citizens who believe Changwon must change. I will move away from showmanship in administration and deliver results-oriented governance."
He further pledged, "I will redesign Changwon as a dynamic city that young people return to. By introducing practical youth settlement policies covering the entire life cycle—from employment and start-ups, to housing, marriage, and childbirth—I will restore Changwon's youthful vitality."
He also promised, "I will help Changwon rise again as an industrial capital that attracts businesses, prioritizing the creation of a business-friendly environment through bold regulatory innovation. Through this, I will create quality jobs and reestablish the foundations of the local economy."
In addition, he emphasized, "I will implement citizen-centered municipal policies that directly improve quality of life. By overhauling administrative services that citizens encounter daily—such as transportation system improvements, expanded welfare networks, and innovative living infrastructure—I will bring about changes that make each day more comfortable for residents."
