She earned 15 million won in prize money, moving up to third in the Dream Tour prize money rankings with a total of 18,931,375 won. Since becoming a full member in 2022, Kang Chaeyeon has alternated between the main tour and the Dream Tour over the past three years. After finishing 75th in the main tour prize money rankings and 78th in the KLPGA main tour seed ranking finals last season, she is competing on the Dream Tour this season.
Kang Chaeyeon said, "The course setup was very challenging and there were many risky areas, so I prioritized a stable strategy. Although the course was tough, believing in my shots and playing with confidence led me to victory." She added, "This is my first win on the Dream Tour. I will aim for three victories this season, which is my goal."
