Kearing to Launch 'AI Care Call Service to Prevent Solitary Deaths' in Partnership with Seoul City Gas
Care Calls for Overdue Gas Bill Customers
Using Kearing's 'AI Emotional Care' Program
Kearing announced on May 13 that it has signed a business agreement with Seoul City Gas for an artificial intelligence (AI)-based care call service to prevent solitary deaths.
Through this agreement, the two companies will work together to establish a prevention and early intervention system for solitary deaths and social isolation using Kearing's 'AI Emotional Care' program. Specifically, they plan to identify customers at risk of solitary death among those with long-term overdue gas bills, make regular phone calls to quickly detect signs of abnormality, and prevent solitary deaths.

Kearing plans to expand the service to customers selected by Seoul City Gas in order to help alleviate emotional isolation.
