"Harrington Place Oryong Station" Now Accepting First-Come, First-Served Unit Selection Contracts
Jinhung Construction, an affiliate of Hyosung Group, is currently conducting first-come, first-served apartment unit selection contracts for "Harrington Place Oryong Station," which is being supplied in Yongdu-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon. The complex will consist of five buildings with 427 households in total, ranging from five basement levels to 26 above-ground floors. All units are offered in a single configuration of 84 square meters of exclusive space, which is highly favored by consumers. This first-come, first-served contract allows buyers to directly choose their preferred building and unit, regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account.
Harrington Place Oryong Station is being evaluated as reasonably priced from a price competitiveness perspective. This is due to the recent upward trend in prices, with an 84-square-meter unit at the nearby Mokdong The Sharp Richeville (which began occupancy in 2022) having recently been sold for 705 million won earlier this month. In comparison, Harrington Place Oryong Station is being offered from the high 500 million won range, creating a maximum price gap of about 100 million won. In addition, since the complex is scheduled for occupancy in 2029, the approximately seven-year difference in building age means that buyers can also expect a premium for new construction.
The complex is located directly in front of Oryong Station, making it convenient to access Daejeon Metro Line 1. Furthermore, the planned opening of Yongdu Station as a transfer station for the Chungcheong Metropolitan Railway is expected to further enhance the value of its double-station location. By car, residents have easy access to central Daejeon through major roads such as Gyeryong-ro and Dongseo-daero, and Seodaejeon Station is also nearby, providing convenient access to wide-area transportation networks.
The educational environment is also a significant advantage. Mokdong Elementary School, Daeseong Middle and High Schools, and Chungnam Girls' Middle and High Schools are all within walking distance, offering a "12-year one-stop academic zone" where children can attend elementary, middle, and high schools close to home. In addition, the Dunsan academy district is about five minutes away by subway, providing an excellent educational environment.
This complex offers not only the rarity of the so-called "national standard size" but also a high level of product quality through a variety of specialized design features. Depending on the unit type, interior layouts include pantries, dressing rooms, powder rooms, and multipurpose rooms, maximizing space utilization. In addition, the complex secures ample parking, with 1.38 spaces per household (a total of 593 parking spaces, including EV charging stations), ensuring a comfortable parking experience for residents. The complex has also obtained a preliminary Zero Energy Building certification by applying energy-saving technology, which is expected to help reduce maintenance costs.
Community and educational specialty features will also be incorporated. Within the complex, facilities such as a fitness center, golf practice range, study café, mom café, and guest house are planned. Based on a business agreement with YBM, Korea's leading language and education company, an English community program for children of residents will be provided free of charge for two years.
The excellent living infrastructure is also noteworthy. Costco Daejeon is five minutes away by car, and Hanaro Mart is also nearby, ensuring everyday convenience. In addition, cultural facilities such as CGV and Megabox, medical facilities such as Chungnam National University Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital, and the proximity to Yudeungcheon Stream provide a convenient and pleasant residential environment.
A sales representative said, "Harrington Place Oryong Station boasts a prime location right in front of Oryong Station, a walkable educational environment covering elementary, middle, and high schools, and a planned English community program in partnership with YBM," adding, "We are seeing continuous inquiries from customers prioritizing real residential conditions."
