Forty Foreign Students Named Global National Heritage Ambassadors
Aiming to Produce and Disseminate Multilingual Content

View original imageThe Cultural Heritage Administration will hold the inauguration ceremony for the "Global National Heritage Ambassadors" at the National Palace Museum of Korea at 10 a.m. on April 17.
Now in its fifth year, this program enables young foreigners residing in Korea to directly experience Korean heritage and promote it to the world. The Cultural Heritage Administration and VANK jointly operate this initiative.
This year, forty government-invited foreign students (GKS) have been selected. Over the next three months, they will use social networking services (SNS) and generative AI to produce and disseminate multilingual content.

An official from the Cultural Heritage Administration explained, "The main tasks include introducing national heritage in their native languages, correcting distorted information online, and proposing promotional content using AI."
