Video Content Filmed by Citizens to Be Released on 'Daejeon TV'
On-site Videos of City Administration, Disaster and Safety Scenes, Events, and Festivals in Daejeon
Videos filmed directly by Daejeon citizens will be released through the city's official YouTube channel, "Daejeon TV."
The "Citizen Video Platform" is a participatory promotional initiative where citizens personally capture and submit footage of various scenes, including city government news, disaster and safety sites, events, and festivals.
The content includes: ▲ policy and city administration ▲ disaster and safety-related scenes ▲ sketches of tourist attractions, festivals, and events ▲ useful information for daily life ▲ and other diverse videos that can promote Daejeon.
Citizens wishing to participate can submit their filmed videos, along with basic information such as the filming date and time, location, and a brief description, to a dedicated email address. Videos will be collected weekly, reviewed internally, and then selected videos will be released through Daejeon's official YouTube channel, "Daejeon TV."
An official from Daejeon City stated, "Videos filmed directly by citizens offer a strong sense of realism and empathy, which will be highly beneficial for promoting city policies. We hope for active interest and participation so that various stories filmed from the citizens' perspectives can be reflected in city government publicity."
