On March 31, first-priority applications are open to heads of households and household members residing in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do, Ulsan Metropolitan City, and Busan Metropolitan City, as long as they have held a subscription savings account for at least six months. There are no restrictions based on the number of homes owned or previous winning applications, and spouses are also allowed to apply separately.
More than 11,000 people visited the model house of GS Engineering & Construction's 'Changwon Xi The Sky,' the first housing sale in Changwon this year.

Following the announcement of successful applicants on April 7, the official contract period will take place from April 20 to April 22. The down payment can be made in two installments: 5% initially and another 5% later, alleviating the financial burden for buyers.
'Changwon Xi The Sky,' supplied by GS E&C, will be located in Jungang-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon, and will consist of four buildings, up to 49 stories high, with a total of 519 units. The available unit types are the highly popular 84㎡ and 106㎡ exclusive-use layouts.
Visitors expressed high satisfaction with the interior layouts, noting features such as 2.4-meter high ceilings and three-sided balcony extensions, which allow flexible use of space for an extra room, pantry, or master bedroom dressing room.
Above all, the project's rare and advantageous location in the heart of Seongsan-gu, Changwon, further adds to its appeal. It is situated in the central commercial area of Seongsan-gu, which is a core residential zone with concentrated shopping, cultural, educational, work, and transportation infrastructure.
Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex, residents will find Changwon Square, Lotte Department Store Changwon, Emart, Lotte Mart Max, Kyobo Bookstore, Sangnam Market, Jungang Sports Park, and Daesang Park, ensuring that daily shopping, cultural, and leisure activities are all within walking distance.
