The verification items included: ▲ 'SIM (System Integrity Monitor)' that monitors the integrity of the kernel area in real-time ▲ 'WBS (Web Browser Security)' that blocks access to phishing sites when using web browsers ▲ 'UEP (Unauthorized Execution Prevention)' that verifies the signature of executable files to block unauthorized execution.
In addition, Samsung Knox provides a robust security environment through a multi-layered security architecture, including ▲ 'TrustZone,' a hardware-based independent security area ▲ 'Knox Vault,' which protects sensitive information separately within a security chip ▲ 'Knox Matrix,' which integrally manages the security status across devices. Knox Vault is applied to the 'Neo QLED 8K' as well as the M9 and M8 monitors, while Knox Matrix is applied to all TV and monitor models released after 2024.
