Gwangju Urban Corporation will offer 27 remaining vacant units from the 'Dasarooum' 10-year public rental housing in the Seonun District to the general public. This supply is intended to promote housing stability for households without homes.
The corporation announced on March 24 that it will supply the 27 remaining Dasarooum units in the Seonun District, which became vacant due to the departure of previous tenants, to the general public. The announcement for tenant recruitment is on March 24, and applications will be accepted through the 'Chunghak Home' platform operated by Korea Real Estate Board, with first priority applications on April 3 and second priority applications on April 6. The announcement of successful applicants will be made on April 10.
The available units are as follows: 16 units with an exclusive area of 49㎡ (average sale price 190.4 million won), 3 units with an exclusive area of 76㎡ (276.5 million won), and 8 units with an exclusive area of 84㎡ (293.4 million won).
These homes will be handed over in their current condition as vacated by previous occupants. Applicants must inspect the interior of the units themselves on the designated open days before signing the contract.
Eligibility for application is limited to adult members of homeless households residing in Gwangju City or Jeollanam-do, who have joined the housing subscription savings as of the recruitment announcement date.
First priority is given to those who have been enrolled in the housing subscription savings or the comprehensive housing subscription savings for at least six months and have made at least six monthly payments. Those selected will be restricted from winning another allocation for three years. Detailed recruitment announcements are available on the corporation's website and on Chunghak Home.
