This project is a six-month remote health management program for seniors aged 65 and above who own a smartphone, supporting their health through smart devices and a mobile app.
Participants will receive personalized smart devices such as a wrist-worn activity tracker, a body composition analyzer, and blood pressure and blood glucose monitors. In addition, the mobile app 'Oneul Health' will provide tailored health missions and remote consultations with healthcare professionals.
From March 24 to April 13, Seo-gu will conduct preliminary health screenings for 430 new participants at the Health Living Support Center. The screening will include six types of physical fitness assessments such as height and weight, grip strength, and balance (TUG), as well as in-depth interviews on physical activity and dietary habits. In collaboration with the Dementia Safety Center, cognitive screening tests will also be carried out, enabling the district to monitor both the physical and cognitive health of elderly participants.
Seo-gu will conduct follow-up health screenings after six months to help seniors develop and maintain healthy habits.
