View original imageFrom March 20 to March 29, for a period of ten days, the "2026 First Half Gyeonggi Generous Sale" will be held under the supervision of Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Market & Commercial District Promotion Agency, focusing on discount events in traditional markets and neighborhood shopping districts.
This event is a massive consumption promotion project involving around 500 traditional markets and shops across Gyeonggi Province, and in Goyang City, the event is being organized to deliver tangible benefits that citizens can truly experience.
During the event period, participants can receive discounts of up to 20%. When using local currency for payment, the discount is provided as an instant rebate, allowing citizens to reduce their shopping expenses and enjoy smart savings.
The benefit limit for the Generous Sale is KRW 30,000 per person per day, with a total of KRW 120,000 over the course of the event. Information regarding participating shopping districts can be accessed via the poster QR code.
A Goyang City official stated, "We hope that this event will provide significant support to citizens and small business owners who are experiencing difficulties due to the recent economic slowdown."
