SeAH Holdings Named to "World's Most Ethical Companies" List for Third Consecutive Year
First Korean Company to Achieve This Honor
Global Recognition for Ethics and Compliance Systems
SeAH Holdings has achieved the distinction of being selected in a global ethical management evaluation for the third consecutive year.
SeAH Holdings announced that it has been included for the third year in a row in the list of the "World's Most Ethical Companies®" published by Ethisphere. Since becoming the first Korean company to be selected for this list in 2024, the company has continued to meet increasingly stringent evaluation criteria each year, marking the first time a Korean company has achieved this honor for three consecutive years.
This year marks the 20th edition of the selection, with a total of 138 companies from 17 countries and 40 industries worldwide included.
SeAH Holdings received high marks for its overall management level, based on the systematic operation of its ethics and compliance programs, risk assessments, and internal audits. In particular, the company was recognized for continuously advancing its third-party risk management system and operating it effectively, achieving results that exceed global standards.
Tae Sung Lee, President of SeAH Holdings, stated, "SeAH Holdings has always prioritized 'integrity' as its core value and has consistently practiced adherence to ethical principles. Being the first Korean company to be selected for three consecutive years is the result of embedding ethical management throughout the entire organization, not just as a declaration but as institutionalized practice." He added, "Going forward, we will continue to advance our corporate culture based on adherence to ethical principles and pursue sustainable growth built on trust with all stakeholders."
