A signal malfunction occurred on Seoul Subway Line 9, causing all express trains to be suspended and only regular trains to operate.
According to Seoul Metro Line 9 on March 17, a signal equipment failure occurred at the Integrated Control Center at 10:22 a.m. on March 17. As a result, all express trains between Gaehwa Station and Veterans Hospital Station are currently running as regular trains.
The signal malfunction was restored at 11:17 a.m., but express train service has not yet resumed. Currently, regular trains are operating normally.
