Redcap Tour Achieves “Highest Grade” in PPS National e-Procurement for 9 Consecutive Years
Redcap Tour announced on March 13, 2026, that it has received the “highest grade” in this year’s Public Procurement Service (PPS) National e-Procurement Shopping Mall contract performance evaluation. With this achievement, the company has maintained the highest grade in the car rental (goods) sector for nine consecutive years, from 2018 to 2026. Additionally, Redcap Tour was awarded the highest grade in the business travel (services) sector for four consecutive years.
The PPS contract performance evaluation comprehensively assesses five areas: delivery, quality, satisfaction of the ordering agency, service, and contract fulfillment. Redcap Tour has maintained a “100% fulfillment rate,” with no cases of contract non-fulfillment, and has enhanced quality by providing on-site, closely managed services that promptly address and resolve the inconveniences and requests of public institutions even after delivery and service.
The company stated that it is also actively responding to the government’s policy to expand the supply of eco-friendly vehicles to public institutions. Through its dedicated B2G organization, Redcap Tour analyzes the vehicle needs of each institution and flexibly supplies a diverse product lineup, thereby supporting the public sector’s transition to eco-friendly mobility.
Going forward, Redcap Tour plans to further strengthen its leadership in the public procurement market by gradually implementing a safety management system based on electric vehicle battery management systems (BMS), supporting the transition to eco-friendly mobility, and expanding customized operational solutions for public institutions. In particular, the company intends to continuously enhance its supply capacity focused on electric vehicles and increase customer satisfaction through systematic after-sales management services.
Yuseong In, CEO of Redcap Tour, stated, “Achieving the highest grade for nine consecutive years is the result of our commitment to closely managed services through our dedicated B2G organization and upholding a 100% fulfillment rate. We will continue to establish ourselves as a partner that supports efficient business mobility for public institutions by providing rental car services tailored to companies and government agencies.”
