This initiative was organized to raise public awareness about the situation of abandoned dogs and to care for neglected animals.
On the previous day, employees of Lotte Global Logistics visited the Korea Abandoned Animal Welfare Association in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, where they cleaned kennels and cages and took the abandoned dogs for walks. All members of the workers' committee participated in the day's activities, which strengthened labor-management ties and contributed to fostering a warm corporate culture.
To help the shelter dogs adapt, the employees donated more than 100 "nose work toys" that they made themselves. Over 100 employees participated in making these toys, adding significance to the activity.
