BYD Korea Launches Mobile Exhibition 'Dolphin Roadshow'
A “Moving Showroom” Tours Major Cities
Including the Seoul Metropolitan Area, Daegu, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Jeju
On March 11, BYD Korea announced the launch of the mobile exhibition program, the ‘BYD Dolphin Roadshow,’ which will tour urban areas nationwide. The BYD Dolphin Roadshow is designed so that customers can see and experience the compact electric hatchback ‘Dolphin,’ released in February, in their daily lives.
This event, which runs for about a month from today through April 4, takes the form of a ‘moving showroom’ in which the Dolphin is loaded onto a specially designed transparent showcase trailer that tours major cities. Starting in the Seoul metropolitan area, including Incheon and Seoul, the tour will visit Daegu, Busan, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Jeju, traveling nationwide. Customers will be able to vividly view the Dolphin’s stylish design through the transparent windows.

View original imageThe trailer carrying the Dolphin will visit high-traffic spots such as train stations and landmarks in each region, meeting customers where they are. BYD Korea stated that this program, which breaks the limitations of physical space, is intended to directly reach customers in their everyday routines and offer more opportunities for them to naturally experience the appeal of the Dolphin.
A variety of customer participation events will also take place. By accessing the QR code attached to the trailer’s exterior and entering basic information, all participants will receive a mobile coffee coupon. In addition, customers who participate in the event and sign a contract for the Dolphin and complete delivery will be entered into a drawing to win prizes such as airline tickets, a coffee machine, or a hair dryer. Furthermore, those who follow BYD’s official social media accounts and repost BYD Korea’s official Dolphin Roadshow content on their personal Instagram accounts will be eligible for a coffee coupon through a drawing.
