By combining crumbles made from potato, corn, and rice with bhc's frying techniques, the product emphasizes a crispy texture. In terms of sales, 'Kwasakking' also secured the second-highest market share last year, following the global hit menu 'Bburinkle,' and has been credited with creating new demand in the fried chicken market.
The popularity of the new menu item is also translating into improved performance for franchisees. It is analyzed that 'Kwasakking' is helping to maintain sales momentum for existing main menu items while attracting new customers, thereby contributing to an overall increase in franchise sales.
