On December 16, LH announced the opening of the 'Seoripul District Field Support Center' in Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The center will operate from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (excluding public holidays), providing project-related information and responding to residents' inquiries.
LH explained, "We established this center to quickly address residents' questions in the early stages of the project and to ensure they have fast and accurate access to project information close to the site."
The Seoripul District project is part of the metropolitan area housing supply policy and involves constructing 20,000 public housing units on a 2.21 million square meter site in Seocho-gu. The public notice for resident consultation was completed in November last year, and the project is being pursued with the goal of district designation in early next year.
Sangwook Lee, Acting President of LH, stated, "Based on a field-oriented communication system, we will further strengthen our engagement with residents to ensure that government policies are implemented in a timely manner."
