Gangwon Tourism Foundation Successfully Concludes Five Steps Joint Promotional Marketing Project in Yeongseo Inland Region
The Gangwon Tourism Foundation (CEO Choi Sunghyun, hereinafter referred to as the Foundation) announced on the 16th that it has successfully concluded the "Ogamja Festival (Festa)," a stay-type project linked with traditional markets and healing experience facilities, as part of the Five Steps joint promotional marketing project in cooperation with five inland cities and counties in Yeongseo, to promote the "2025-2026 Visit Gangwon Years." Through this, the Foundation confirmed the potential for commercializing the "Ogamja Festival (Festa)" as a product targeting Free Independent Travelers (FIT).

View original imageThrough the "Ogamja Festival (Festa)," the Foundation attracted a total of 2,465 participants and discovered more than 10 stay-type tourism programs in each city and county. Based on these achievements, the Gangwon Tourism Foundation plans to foster the "Ogamja Festival (Festa)" as a flagship gastronomic and healing stay-type tourism product representing the inland region of Yeongseo in Gangwon.
In addition, through the "Ogamja Festival (Festa)," the Foundation was able to confirm the potential for commercializing various experiential events that link the gastronomy and healing experience facilities of the Yeongseo inland region. The Foundation also achieved the integration of unique tourism resources from each area into a single travel route and plans to encourage steady visits by Free Independent Travelers to the inland region of Yeongseo.
