Incheon Asiad Skating Rink to Open at Main Stadium South Plaza on December 19
Incheon City will open the "Incheon Asiad Skating Rink" on December 19 at the south plaza of the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium to provide convenience for citizens' sports activities during the winter season.
The skating rink covers an area of 3,600 square meters and consists of an adult rink, a children's rink, and an event rink. At the event rink, visitors can enjoy various activities such as ice bumper cars (2,000 KRW per ride) and sledding.
The rink will operate until February 18 next year. From Monday to Thursday and on Sundays, it will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, it will be open until 8:00 p.m. The admission fee is 2,000 KRW per hour (for ages 5 and above), and admission will be free on the opening day, December 19.

An official from Incheon City stated, "We are opening the skating rink so that people can enjoy winter sports in the city center," adding, "The stadium also features cultural facilities such as a movie theater and a cafe, so it will serve as a multi-experience space where visitors can enjoy both sports and cultural leisure activities."
