The county provided support to the new agricultural startup "Byeolbit Farm" by assisting with HACCP certification, management and marketing consulting, and product package development.
Through this project, Byeolbit Farm successfully expanded its business from the primary industry focused on raw milk distribution to processing and distribution, achieving a successful new business launch.
In particular, Byeolbit Farm received high praise for demonstrating outstanding product competitiveness by launching four types of premium yogurts, including plain and blueberry, using high-quality raw milk graded as Grade 1 for both somatic cell count and bacterial count, all produced in-house.
Ryu Changsu, Director of the Hwasun County Agricultural Technology Center, stated, "Following last year's Grand Prize, achieving another excellent result this year is highly meaningful. As the challenges taken on by young startup farmers are becoming a new growth engine for local agriculture, we will continue to actively support the entrepreneurial and management capabilities of young farmers."
