Wemade's "Wemix" to Be Listed on Thailand's Largest Virtual Asset Exchange Bitkub
Accessibility for Thai Gamers Expected to Increase
"Overseas Exchange Listings to Expand Ecosystem"
Wemade announced on the 28th that Wemix (WEMIX), the cryptocurrency issued by the Wemix Foundation, will be listed on Bitkub, the largest virtual asset exchange in Thailand. Deposits and withdrawals will be available starting December 1 (Korea Standard Time).
Bitkub holds a 70% market share in Thailand's virtual asset trading market. It is officially licensed by the Ministry of Finance of Thailand and currently supports trading of more than 100 types of virtual assets.
Wemade expects that, through this listing, Wemix can now be traded directly with the local currency, Thai Baht (THB), significantly improving accessibility and convenience for Thai users. In particular, the company believes this will greatly help expand the local user base and invigorate the in-game economy of the blockchain game "Legend of YMIR," which was launched globally last month.
