View original imageAccording to the Korea Meteorological Administration, as of 5 a.m., the temperatures in major regions were as follows: Seoul -0.5 degrees Celsius, Incheon 0.0 degrees, Suwon -0.9 degrees, Chuncheon -0.4 degrees, Gangneung 3.6 degrees, Cheongju 2.2 degrees, Daejeon 2.4 degrees, Jeonju 4.8 degrees, Gwangju 5.9 degrees, Jeju 9.9 degrees, Daegu 4.5 degrees, Busan 4.9 degrees, Ulsan 4.5 degrees, and Changwon 5.3 degrees.
The highest daytime temperatures are forecast to range from 5 to 12 degrees Celsius. With the temperature difference between day and night exceeding 10 degrees, previously fallen rain or snow may freeze, leading to icy roads and black ice in many areas, so caution is advised.

Waves will range from 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 3.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. In the offshore areas within about 200 kilometers of the coastline, wave heights will be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the South Sea.
