Bulgogi Menu Lineup to Be Continuously Expanded
Theborn Korea announced on November 12 that Saemaeul Sikdang will launch a new menu item, 'Grilled Charcoal Bulgogi Wrapped with Shrimp'.
'Grilled Charcoal Bulgogi Wrapped with Shrimp' is an upgraded version of the brand's signature dish, 'Grilled Charcoal Bulgogi', with the addition of shrimp. Pork marinated in Saemaeul Sikdang’s special sauce and shrimp are served separately. The company explained, "If you grill and enjoy them together according to your preference, you can experience both the original flavor of the ingredients and a rich umami taste at the same time."

On November 14, customers who visit the restaurant and order 'Grilled Charcoal Bulgogi' on Yeoltan Day will receive an additional serving of the same dish for free.

A Saemaeul Sikdang representative said, "We have introduced this new menu by adding shrimp to our popular signature dish so that customers can enjoy a unique combination of grilled flavors and seafood. We plan to continue expanding our bulgogi menu lineup with a variety of new ingredients and combinations exclusive to Saemaeul Sikdang."
