The main topics included: ▲Designing a second career ▲Finding harmony among personal abilities, interests, and values ▲Setting up a career development plan ▲Guidance on employment preparation ▲Interview strategies ▲How to leverage personal networks. The program placed emphasis on strengthening participants' reemployment capabilities.
Lee Igoo, Director of the Livelihood Economy Division, stated, "As the number of middle-aged and older job seekers hoping to reenter the workforce for the second act of their lives continues to grow, support from the government and local authorities is also expanding. Paju City will continue to broaden customized employment support programs for the middle-aged and older population, including this training, to actively support their reemployment and social reintegration."
