Launch of Customer Participation Program "Simple Lab"
On November 2, LG Uplus announced that it is launching a customer-centric brand campaign by introducing its new brand slogan, "Simply Uplus," through a TV commercial.
The new commercial, titled "Make Today Simple," reminds viewers of the reality where people are busy keeping up with technology. It conveys the message that technology becomes easier when people are at the center, and that today becomes simpler when complexity is reduced.
This advertisement reflects the brand philosophy that LG Uplus recently revealed. "Simply Uplus" is a new customer-focused innovation strategy aimed at eliminating all complexities and reducing inconveniences experienced by customers, ultimately providing a trustworthy experience.
LG Uplus has also launched a customer participation program called "Simple Lab." The Simple Lab commercial features a father, who once seemed to know everything and protected his child during their youth, now struggling to use a telecommunications application and asking for help.
The company will share the process of collecting ideas from customers that can help improve their telecommunications experience and implementing them in practice. LG Uplus plans to regularly share the number of ideas adopted and those under review, and will actively promote products and features developed from customer suggestions.
