Yongin City to Participate in SEDEX 2025 with Local Materials, Components, and Equipment Companies

Yongin City, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 16th that it will participate in the "2025 Semiconductor Exhibition (SEDEX 2025)" to be held at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul from October 22 to 24.

View original imageSEDEX is the largest semiconductor-focused exhibition in Korea, organized by the Korea Semiconductor Industry Association. The event features major companies and institutions in the semiconductor sector, including memory and system semiconductors, equipment and components, materials, facilities, and sensors. This year, over 280 companies, including Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix, are expected to operate more than 700 booths.
The city will participate in the exhibition by setting up a joint promotional booth together with local semiconductor materials, components, and equipment companies such as HR Tech, G&G Intech, and EQ Global. Yongin City will operate an investment promotion booth and support local semiconductor companies in developing new sales channels.
During the exhibition, the city plans to focus on promoting the corporate investment environment and industrial infrastructure, semiconductor industry support policies, and the current status of the National Advanced System Semiconductor Industrial Complex and the Yongin Semiconductor Cluster Industrial Complex.
Participating companies will be supported through buyer consultations, technology promotion, and joint marketing to help them expand their domestic and international market presence and networks.
