The Life Sharing Practice Headquarters (Chairman Ilmyeon Daejongsa) announced on October 1 that it had successfully conducted the "Hematopoietic Stem Cell Promise Campaign" at the Seoyoung University Paju Campus (President Kim Jeongsu) on September 30.

View original imageThis campaign became a meaningful occasion for sharing the warmth of life, with participation from students of the Seoyoung University Paju Campus Department of Nursing’s promotional club "Alio" (advisor Professor Koo Soyeon, president Heo Dayeon). On this day, a total of about 100 students joined the hematopoietic stem cell donor registry.
Hematopoietic stem cell donation is a significant act of sharing that can give new life to patients with leukemia, aplastic anemia, and other intractable blood disorders, and is conducted as a Ministry of Health and Welfare-designated project.
The Department of Nursing at Seoyoung University Paju Campus provided students with an opportunity to learn firsthand the value of life and sharing through this campaign, and is being recognized for taking the lead in promoting public health and community service in the region.
