Chairman Si Seokjung of Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation Visits Traditional Market for Chuseok Shopping Event on the 1st
Si Seokjung, chairman of the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation, visited a traditional market ahead of Chuseok to encourage merchants and listen to their concerns, continuing on-site communication efforts.
On October 1, the Gyeonggi Credit Guarantee Foundation announced that Chairman Si Seokjung visited Buk Suwon Market in Suwon and held a "Chuseok Traditional Market Shopping Event."
The event was attended by Chairman Si Seokjung; Nam Kyungsun, a member of the Economic and Labor Committee of the Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly (People Power Party, Suwon 1); Shim Woohyun, president of the Buk Suwon Market Merchants Association; Lee Hyunsang, president of the Suwon branch of the Gyeonggi-do Small and Medium Business CEO Association; Song Cheoljae, president of the Suwon Gwonseon-gu Small Business Association; as well as representatives from business organizations and local financial institutions.
The event began with a meeting at the merchants association office, where merchants shared the difficulties they face on-site, such as sluggish sales.

Assemblyman Nam Kyungsun stated, "I hope today's event will empower merchants and encourage residents to revisit traditional markets. The Gyeonggi Provincial Assembly will strengthen support policies that merchants can truly feel and work to revitalize traditional markets."
