Building a Mutual Growth Ecosystem Through Partnership
SK Hynix announced on September 26 that, in anticipation of the upcoming Chuseok holiday, it will make early payments totaling approximately 265.5 billion won to 506 partner companies. The company explained that this early payment decision goes beyond simple financial support, aiming to promote organizational stability and improve job satisfaction among its partners.
Since 2020, SK Hynix has increased the frequency of payments to partner companies from three times a month to four, and has implemented various support programs for its partners. The company operates a mutual growth fund totaling 360 billion won, which includes a low-interest mutual growth fund of about 340 billion won and an interest-free fund of approximately 20 billion won to support payments between partner companies. Through these initiatives, SK Hynix helps ensure the stable business operations of its partners.
