Incheon Airport Corporation Establishes Comprehensive Response System Ahead of Subsidiary Strike
Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 18th that it has established a comprehensive response system to ensure smooth airport operations ahead of a strike by its subsidiary's labor union.
The labor union of Incheon Airport Operation Services, a subsidiary of the corporation, has announced collective action scheduled for the 19th.

View original imageThe corporation is working closely with the government, its subsidiary, and airlines to prevent any disruptions to airport operations, and has been operating an emergency response headquarters since August 18.
Additionally, starting at 6 p.m. on this day, the corporation will raise the crisis alert level for outsourced operations from "alert" to "serious" and strengthen monitoring, among other multifaceted response measures, to minimize inconvenience for airport users.
If a strike occurs, the corporation plans to activate its emergency response system to strengthen real-time situation management, and, in cooperation with its subsidiary, deploy essential personnel and both internal and external substitute workers to ensure the airport operates normally.
