Korea Investment & Securities to Hold Stock Investor Education Program Next Month
Korea Investment & Securities announced on September 10 that it will conduct a "Stock Investor Education" program throughout October at its education center in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, in order to support individual clients' successful investments and foster a sound investment culture.
This program is designed as an introductory course focused on helping beginners easily follow along, centering on how to use trading systems such as Mobile Trading System (MTS) and Home Trading System (HTS). It will provide practical know-how that can be immediately applied to real investments, including: how to set up MTS trading and place specialized orders; self-directed trading strategies using HTS functions; and how to place overseas stock orders through the mobile app. In particular, the program will also include financial security training to prevent voice phishing, thereby contributing to investor protection.

The education program will be held a total of eight times, and participants can choose topics of interest. Any Korea Investment & Securities client may participate free of charge, and each session is limited to the first 34 registrants. Applications can be submitted through the Korea Investment & Securities website or customer service center.
