Gwangju Employers Federation Recruiting Companies for Youth Workplace Adaptation Workshop
The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on September 2 that it is recruiting companies to participate in a workplace adaptation program exchange workshop for young new employees.
The Ministry of Employment and Labor's "Workplace Adaptation Program" for new employees is a project that the Gwangju Employers Federation has been implementing since last year. The program aims to foster a youth-friendly organizational culture and support workplace adaptation to encourage long-term retention of young employees in the early stages of their careers.
Currently, the Gwangju Employers Federation has 1,413 managers and 1,071 new employees participating in the program, far exceeding the initial target of 1,000 participants. In addition, survey results showed that over 90% of participating companies and trainees expressed high levels of satisfaction with the program.
The recruitment target is approximately 30 new employees from participating companies, and the workshop will be held in Damyang on September 25 and 26.
