"60 Handmade Artists from Small Businesses Gather at COEX"
The Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea SMEs and Startups Distribution Center announced on August 7 that they will participate in "Sodam Sanghoe with Idus" at the "2025 Handarty Korea" exhibition, which will be held at COEX in Seoul from today until August 10.
Handarty Korea is the largest handmade and lifestyle exhibition in Korea, where visitors can experience a wide range of handcrafted works, from traditional crafts to contemporary design products.
The Korea SMEs and Startups Distribution Center plans to operate both online and offline exhibition booths at this event, featuring works from a total of 60 handmade artists, including 40 small business artists who were selected through a competitive process with a ratio of approximately 4 to 1.
At the Sodam Sanghoe booth on-site, visitors will be able to freely view and purchase handmade works, including traditional crafts that are closely connected to everyday life. In line with the booth concept, "Special Anniversary, D-DAY," a curated selection of emotional, handcrafted products such as ceramics, calligraphy, traditional crafts, pet products, and upcycled accessories will be showcased, making meaningful days such as birthdays and anniversaries even more special.
During the exhibition period, a special promotion will be held on the Idus online platform, and customers who purchase products on-site will receive a special discount coupon of up to 20% for use online, further strengthening the synergy between online and offline exhibitions.
