C-Cube Successfully Holds Completion Ceremony for InA Center Expansion at Corporate Research Institute
C-Cube announced on July 8 that it had successfully held a completion ceremony for the expansion of its corporate research institute, the InA Center, at its headquarters in Jincheon.
The event was attended by representatives from GNMI Group companies, the Jincheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry, domestic and international clients and distributors, partner companies, and local community leaders. The company stated, "We shared our future direction, technological vision, and the core of our sustainable growth strategy," adding, "This completion ceremony marks a symbolic step toward the CQV3.0 era."
The ceremony began with an opening declaration, followed by a welcoming speech from CEO Kwangsoo Lim and congratulatory remarks from guests. Presentations were given on the company's growth history, the progress of the InA Center expansion, an introduction to the smart factory, and future visions. A ribbon-cutting ceremony and group photo session were also held. After touring the expanded InA Center and the smart factory system, the event concluded with a champagne ceremony.
The newly expanded InA Center adds third and fourth floors to the existing two-story corporate research institute. The exterior features a BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) system, utilizing pigments developed by the company for solar panel applications.
The third floor will be used by the advanced R&D (Research and Development) team. Moving beyond its core business of pearl effect pigments, the company plans to conduct research and development activities to secure new future growth engines. On the fourth floor, the promotion team will carry out research and experiments on various applications spanning across industries, and the company explained that this will enable close collaboration with the R&D1 and R&D2 teams located in the same building.
